HLTAID011 Provide First Aid: Important Information

Please note that all times listed in the booking menu are Sydney time, so please factor this in when booking your HLTAID011 Provide First Aid online course.

You will need to book at least three business days in advance (more if you live in a remote area), so we can post your training equipment to you in time. All equipment required to complete the practical assessments of your course will then be posted to you via Australia Post, and you should receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking details. Training equipment will only be posted out once the invoice has been paid.

All Zoom sessions are recorded for compliance purposes – all recordings are covered by our privacy policy in the student handbook below. Once booked in, you’ll have access to the pre course learning, which needs to be completed before your video conference call session time. This should not be left to the last minute, and it takes around 3-7 hours to complete.

In the box of training equipment will be instructions for what to do to be ready for your Zoom conference call session. This will include being able to set up a webcam where the instructor can see you performing CPR on the floor. Make sure you have a reliable internet connection for your Zoom session.

Once you’ve completed your course, the last thing you’ll need to do is put the training equipment back in the box it came in, attach the provided pre-paid return postage sticker, and drop it off at any Australia Post. Once you have done this, you should typically receive your certificate by email within one business day.
